Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Investigate and resolve complex production issues impacting the MARS platform. - Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. - Develop, test, and deploy fixes following DevOps and CI/CD practices. - Partner with Production Support, Architects, and Product teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues. - Improve platform stability, performance, resiliency, and observability. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards. - Document findings, solutions, and preventative measures.
