**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage agency development activities to increase sales revenue through tied channel partners. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing agents, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. - Recruit new agents into the agency network, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to agent licensing, training, and support.
