The Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and business development targets in the region. This role involves monitoring team performance, providing regular coaching and support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Agency Manager will collaborate with local branches and partners to drive customer acquisition, improve policy renewals, and enhance customer experience. Daily activities include planning sales strategies, tracking metrics, conducting field visits, and preparing performance reports for leadership. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in sales management, team leadership, and performance monitoring. - Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer service. - Candidates should possess skills in planning, target setting, and data-driven decision-making. - Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation. - Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment and travel locally for field activities. - Familiarity with local market dynamics in Chandigarh and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
