Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of RDMs - Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget - Adhere the process & business hygiene result in to profitability/bottom line - Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors - Maintain case size and case rate as per company guideline - Implement 4DX within unit & rigorously focus on skill building of team - Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations - Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of KLI **Preferred candidate profile** - Qualification: Any Graduate - Work Experience: 1 Years in Sales - Good in Men Management and able to drive team towards organization goal - Learning agile - Good in collaborating with other functions - Able to maintain Sales Discipline through 4DX - Should have drive for result Good in domain knowledge and market understanding
