**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and growth in the assigned territory. - Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling, upselling, and retention of existing clients. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions to identify new business opportunities. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. **Job Requirements :** - 1-10 years of experience in agency sales, BFSI sales, credit card sales, general insurance sales, healthcare sales or pharma selling. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of b2c sales principles and ability to apply them in a corporate setting. - Experience working with multiple products such as loans (home loans), insurance policies (life insurance), casas (current accounts).
