Job description

- Design, configure, and deploy **Agentforce** agents within Salesforce to support automated customerfacing and internal service scenarios. - Develop agent instructions, topics, and actions using **Agentforce** **Studio** and approved promptengineering practices. - Integrate Agentforce with **Salesforce Data Cloud** to enable grounded, contextaware AI responses using unified customer and case data. - Extend agent capabilities using **Apex**, **Flows**, and external API integrations where required. - Tune and validate AI model settings to ensure highquality, safe, and compliant AIgenerated responses. **Preferred candidate profile**
