Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **1. Agentic AI & GenAI Engineering** - Develop and maintain **AI agents** with autonomous task execution capabilities (reasoning, planning, tooluse, API orchestration). - Implement **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** pipelines using vector databases for accurate, contextaware retrievals. - Finetune LLMs and apply advanced **prompt engineering** strategies tailored to NatWest domains. - Build evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, hallucination reduction, and reliability. **2. Java &** **Full****Stack** **Engineering** - Design & develop **Java/Spring Boot microservices** powering AI agent workflows. - Build secure, scalable backend services integrating AI agents with enterprise APIs. - Support UI/Frontend integration (React/Angular preferred). - Ensure code quality, automated testing, CI/CD alignment, and robust deployment. **3. Enterprise Integration & Cloud Platforms** - Integrate agentic workflows with **AWS services** (Lambda, S3, Redis, RDS, EKS). - Work with enterprise orchestration, eventing (Kafka), message flows, and internal tooling. - Implement secure operational models aligned with NatWest **Responsible AI** standards. **4. Collaboration & Delivery** - Work in a permanent Agile feature team (engineers, architects, BAs, SMEs). - Participate endtoend in SDLC: requirements design build test deployment operations. - Partner with NatWest AI SPOCs, DP groups, and portfolio teams to accelerate adoption of Agentic solutions.
