## **Job Description:** - Responsible AI RAI Agentic AI Automation will help to lead the design development and deployment of autonomous AI agents that drive intelligent automation across enterprise systems - This role blends deep expertise in automation frameworks with cutting edge advancements in agentic AI enabling scalable adaptive and goal driven automation solutions ## **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision making and task execution - Integrate AI agents with enterprise automation platforms e - g - UiPath Automation Anywhere Power Automate - Design multi agent workflows for complex business processes using LLMs RPA and orchestration tools - Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions - Ensure ethical secure and compliant deployment of AI agents in production environments - Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI - Proven experience in intelligent automation RPA and AI ML integration - Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts e - g - goal oriented agents memory planning tool use - Hands on experience with LLM APIs OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic etc - Proficiency in Python JavaScript or other scripting languages used in automation - Familiarity with orchestration tools vector databases and prompt engineering - Excellent problem solving communication and stakeholder management skills ## **Additional Responsibilities:** - Good verbal written communication skills articulate value of AI to business project managers other team members - Ability to break complex problem into smaller problems and create hypothesis - Innovation and experimentation - Academic background Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science AI or related field - Experience with LangChain AutoGPT or similar agent frameworks ## **Preferred Skills:** Technology->AI-Generative AI->Generative AI - Basic->retrieval augmented generation (rag),Technology->AI-Data science->Machine Learning,Foundational->Governance\\_COBIT->Process
