Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Data, Cloud, Dynamics, Automation, Cyber Security, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, Microsoft Fabric, and other modernization platforms. **About the Role** **Role: Agentic AI Developer** **Location:Bangalore /Hyderabad** **Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days** **Employment Type:** Full Time **Experience:3 to 10 Years** - Agentic AI Developer JD : - Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integrations - Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Configure topics, actions, and knowledge sources. - Develop multi-turn conversational experiences. - Integrate Copilot Studio with: - Salesforce - D365 Finance & Operations - ServiceNow - SharePoint - Dataverse - Develop API-based and MCP-based integrations. - Build Power Automate workflows. - Implement HITL approval processes. - Configure Dataverse tables and environments. - Configure generative answers. - Implement RAG patterns. - Design prompt templates and grounding strategies. - Execute golden test corpus validation. - Support UAT and production deployment. - Monitor and troubleshoot agent performance.
