**About Position:** We are seeking a passionate and innovative Agentic AI Engineer with experience in software development and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents that automate real-world business workflows using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and AWS Agentic AI services such as Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, and SageMaker. - **Role: Agentic AI Engineer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 2-5 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Build and deploy AI agents using Google ADK and AWS Agentic AI services. - Develop multi-agent systems and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise business processes. - Create and maintain prompt engineering frameworks to improve agent accuracy and effectiveness. - Implement tool-calling, function-calling, and agent orchestration workflows. - Build integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services. - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge-driven applications. - Develop automated testing strategies for agent behavior, workflows, and response quality. - Collaborate with senior engineers and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into AI-powered solutions. - Optimize AI agents for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. - Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS and Google Cloud platforms. - Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. - Contribute to architecture discussions, PoCs, and product innovation initiatives. - Stay current with evolving Agentic AI frameworks, LLM platforms, and cloud-native AI services. - Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 2-5 years of software engineering or application development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Python development. - Working knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, and AI-powered automation solutions. - Experience or familiarity with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) - AWS Bedrock Agents - AWS AgentCore - AWS SageMaker - Understanding of core Generative AI concepts including Prompt Engineering - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Model Context Protocol (MCP) - Tool/Function Calling - Agent Orchestration - Experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud services. - Knowledge of REST APIs and backend application development. - Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts. - Understanding of software testing, debugging, and quality engineering practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
