We are currently seeking a Agiloft CLM Consultant to join our team in Mumbai, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). Business Consultant Role Description As a Consultant in CLM Administration Contract Management Solutions, you will help clients optimize and modernize their contract lifecycle management processes through effective platform administration, workflow design, system integration, and user enablement. This role combines functional understanding of contract operations with hands-on Agiloft configuration and consulting advisory to improve efficiency, compliance, reporting, and business adoption. Job Responsibilities - Partner with client stakeholders across legal, procurement, business, and IT teams to understand contract management processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities. - Serve as the primary consultant and administrator for the Agiloft CLM platform, managing user roles, permissions, access controls, and core system configurations. - Configure, customize, and maintain Agiloft workflows, templates, rules, forms, notifications, and approval processes aligned with client business requirements. - Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and recommend scalable improvements to enhance process efficiency, governance, and user experience. - Design and implement workflow automation to streamline contract request, authoring, review, approval, execution, renewal, and repository management processes. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide clients with visibility into contract status, cycle times, compliance metrics, and operational performance. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across contract records, templates, and related system objects. - Provide consulting support for integrating Agiloft with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, e-signature, document management, and other business systems. - Collaborate with technical teams to test, validate, and support integrations to ensure reliable and seamless data exchange. - Support platform governance, compliance, and security requirements by implementing appropriate controls and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory obligations. - Deliver end-user training, create user guides, process documentation, and support materials to improve adoption and enable self-sufficiency. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients for troubleshooting, issue resolution, platform optimization, and ongoing enhancement planning. - Contribute to solution assessments, implementation planning, client workshops, and transformation initiatives in a consulting capacity. - Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, continuous improvement, and long-term value realization from the CLM platform. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Law, Operations, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered. - Proven experience as an Agiloft CLM Administrator or in a similar role supporting contract lifecycle management platforms. - Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, including contract intake, drafting, review, approval, execution, storage, renewal, and compliance tracking. - Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Agiloft, including workflows, templates, forms, rules, notifications, permissions, and reporting. - Strong knowledge of system administration practices, including user management, role-based access, security, and platform maintenance. - Experience designing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational monitoring and decision-making. - Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange processes across enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and e-signature platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective system solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively with legal, procurement, operations, IT, and business users in a client-facing consulting environment. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, process accuracy, and compliance. - Experience in training, user support, documentation, and change enablement is highly preferred. - Project coordination or project management experience is an advantage. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Preferred Skills - Experience working in consulting, transformation, or enterprise application implementation environments. - Exposure to CLM process optimization, governance design, and operating model improvement. - Familiarity with compliance, audit, and data privacy considerations related to contract management systems. - Experience supporting multi-function stakeholder groups across distributed teams. - Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
