AGM - Die and Jig Maintenance

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Die Life Optimization**: Ensure the reliability, dimensional accuracy, and upkeep of all progressive, tandem, and transfer stamping dies. - **Jig Calibration & Accuracy**: Maintain the structural integrity, alignment, and 100% dimensional precision of all welding jigs, inspection fixtures, and checking gauges. - **Predictive & Preventive Maintenance**: Maximize press shop and assembly line uptime by tracking and improving Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). - **SAP PM Module Adherence**: Guarantee 100% compliance with SAP PM for precise tool history cards, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts consumption tracking. - **Cost & Defect Control**: Reduce spare parts costs while eliminating stamping defects like burrs, thinning, wrinkles, and springback through strict GD&T maintenance. - **Engineering Change Management**: Execute seamless tool modifications for all Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) without impacting production timelines. - **Continuous Design Improvement**: Review and enhance existing die and jig designs to act as a shop-floor champion for safety, ergonomics, and productivity.
