**Competencies** **Job Purpose** The role takes care of the project financing requirement of primarily the renewable business and supports the requirements for Renewable Energy Projects. The role is critical given the size of funding requirements and the number of internal and external stakeholders to be dealt with. The role would actively engage in fund raising and dealing with lenders on a continuous basis along with preparation of bid model, financial analysis, review of bid documents for participating various upcoming tenders in renewable energy space. Financial modelling would be a critical aspect of this role. **Key Accountabilities** Fund Raising FC for multiple projects under Renewable Business Financial Modelling for lenders Bid Model Financial Analysis Continuous activity Relationship Management Continuous activity Credit Rating BBB & above Refinancing WC management Renewals and sanctions ****ORGANISATION CHART**** AVP Finance --> AGM- finance --> NIL ****EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** - Dealing with external stakeholders including PSU & private banks legal counsel consultants credit rating agencies private funds financial institutions etc ****INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** - Consolidation Team - Dealing with internal stakeholders including Accounts team PPA team technical team legal team and other relevant counterparts ****FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**** Managing existing borrowings of up to Rs.2000 cr and fresh fund raising of Rs.3000 5000 cr **Other Dimensions** - Managing large size of consortium lenders - Dealing with multiple credit rating agencies - Dealing with multiple consultants and legal counsel - Handling documentation, security creation, etc and relevant counterparties **Education Qualifications** - Chartered Accountant/MBA **Relevant Experience** - 12-15 years of experience
