Agresso Lead Developer

Job description

**Role description:** To provide Operational support for the Agresso system and manage Service requests and user issues raised through ServiceNow. **Key responsibilities:** - Provide L3 support for the Agresso ERP platform, including ownership and resolution of technically complex and business-critical incidents. - Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management activities. - Support and maintain Agresso customizations, integrations, and enhancements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve critical issues and deliver solutions. - Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Agresso application landscape. - Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 support teams as required. **Key skills/knowledge/experience:** - Strong expertise in Agresso/Unit4 ERP and associated business processes. - Comprehensive understanding of finance modules and end-to-end financial processes. - Strong SQL and database management/troubleshooting skills. - Development experience, including customization, scripting, integrations, and technical solution design. - Experience managing complex production issues and business-critical incidents in an enterprise environment. - Ability to work effectively across multiple functional and technical teams.
