**AI Advisory / AI Consultant Job Description (JD)** **Location** Hyderabad, Bangalore **Experience** 8–12 years (flexible based on handson expertise) **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **AI Advisor / AI Consultant** to guide organizations in adopting and scaling **Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions**. The role involves defining AI strategies, identifying business use cases, and advising on implementation, governance, and optimization of AI-driven systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and drive **AI/GenAI strategy** aligned with business goals - Identify and evaluate **AI use cases across business functions** - Provide advisory on **LLMs, GenAI, data science, and automation solutions** - Design **AI solution architectures** (RAG, chatbots, predictive models) - Guide teams on **technology selection** (Azure OpenAI, AWS AI, etc.) - Ensure **Responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance** - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions - Provide **roadmaps for AI adoption and digital transformation** - Conduct **AI maturity assessments and gap analysis** - Support **PoC (Proof of Concept) and pilot implementations** - Track KPIs and ROI for AI initiatives **Required Skills** **AI & GenAI Expertise** - Strong understanding of: - **AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP** - **Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.)** - Experience with: - **RAG architecture, Prompt Engineering** - AI use-case identification and solution design **Technology & Cloud** - Hands-on exposure to: - **Azure AI / Azure OpenAI** - AWS Bedrock / GCP Vertex AI (optional) - Understanding of: - Data platforms and pipelines - APIs and system integrations **Consulting & Strategy** - Experience in: - Business consulting / digital transformation - Stakeholder management and client engagement - Ability to: - Translate technical AI concepts into business value **Preferred Skills** - Experience in: - **AI governance frameworks & Responsible AI** - Industry-specific AI applications (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.) - Familiarity with: - **MLOps / LLMOps** - Change management practices - Knowledge of: - Data privacy (GDPR, compliance policies) **Use Cases / Project Experience** - AI transformation strategy for enterprises - GenAI adoption (chatbots, copilots, automation) - AI-based decision support systems - Process automation using AI/ML - Customer experience and personalization **Key Competencies** - Strategic thinking and problem-solving - Strong business acumen - Communication and presentation skills - Ability to influence senior stakeholders - Analytical mindset **Nice to Have** - Certifications: - Azure AI Engineer - AI or consulting certifications - Experience with: - Large-scale enterprise AI implementations
