Technical Proficiency: Expertise in programming languages (Python, Java, R) and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • System Design: Experience in designing end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI architectures, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure as per business need. • Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI). • AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision. • Experience: Previous experience as an AI engineer, data scientist, or software architect, often requiring 5+ years of experience in data-driven roles. • Model Implementation: Building, testing, and deploying AI models and applications on cloud platforms, often utilizing LLMs and RAG Should have proven thought leadership in solving complex AI/ Data Science problems and consult with stakeholders to initiate projects aligned to business needs 2 Work with business and customer stakeholders (both internal and external) to define product objectives and requirements applying data science principles to products and solutions across business units 3 Liaise with data engineers on building end to end solutions (data mining, data cleansing and data preparation activities) as part of end-to-end data lifecycle 4 Evangelize AI/ML works done by the team internally and externally 5 Interact with industry experts to understand and incorporate latest technology innovation, best practices in data sciences, data mining, and software development.
