About the Role We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to build and lead our GenAI engineering team. You'll drive execution of our conversational AI and agentic AI roadmap, managing a team of talented engineers while remaining hands-on yourself. This role requires both exceptional leadership skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and solve complex technical problems.
