Job description

### **Core AI Skills** - Strong experience in **AI / GenAI / Agentic AI solution design** . - Experience designing AI-led engineering workflows. - Hands-on understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, validation workflows, and output governance. - Ability to define AI agents, workflows, guardrails, and review mechanisms. - Understanding of hallucination mitigation and human-in-the-loop validation. ### **Modernization Skills** - Experience in large-scale application modernization or legacy transformation. - Good understanding of legacy platforms such as HP NonStop, COBOL, C++, batch processing, or mainframe-style systems. - Ability to apply AI for: - code comprehension - reverse engineering - rule extraction - dependency mapping - documentation - test generation ### **Cloud & Engineering Skills** - Experience with Azure-based modern platforms. - Good understanding of .NET / C# / API-based architecture. - Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security, and engineering automation. - Ability to work with Solution Architects and Platform Engineers to align AI outputs with target architecture. ### **Agile & Delivery Skills** - Strong Agile delivery experience. - Experience working in sprint-based and phased modernization programs. - Ability to guide distributed teams across offshore and onshore models. - Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
