Job Title- AI \& Automation Engineering Management Level- 07 - Manager **Must have skills:** Python, AI/ML Solution Development, GenAI, Automation Frameworks, APIs, System Integration, Data Pipelines, Feature Engineering, Model Evaluation **Good to have skills:** Telecom, Communications Platforms, Large-Scale Networked Systems, LLMs, Service Assurance, Platform Reliability, Consulting Delivery **Experience:** Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required; 3--7 years preferred **Educational Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field **Job Summary:** As an AI \& Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and large-scale distributed systems. Your typical day will involve developing AI/ML and GenAI models, integrating solutions through APIs and automation frameworks, building scalable data pipelines, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. You will help improve operational automation, decision support, workflow optimization, service reliability, network operations, and customer experience. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** Design and build AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise clients across digital platforms and distributed systems. Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI models for operational automation, decision support, and workflow optimization. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs, automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and system integration practices. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model evaluation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions. Apply AI and automation techniques to improve service reliability, network operations, platform performance, and customer experience. Support deployment in cloud-based and distributed environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and operational readiness. Continuously learn and apply emerging AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to enhance solution effectiveness. **Professional \& Technical Skills:** **Must To Have Skills:** Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning, GenAI, automation frameworks, APIs, system integration, and orchestration concepts. Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments. Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, and scalable deployment practices. Familiarity with cloud-based or distributed deployment environments. Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in a distributed delivery model. Good to have experience in telecom, communications platforms, network operations, service assurance, LLMs, platform reliability, consulting, or enterprise client delivery environments. **Additional Information:** The ideal candidate will bring practical experience applying machine learning, GenAI, and automation techniques to real-world enterprise problems. This position is based in India and supports LearnVantage enterprise client delivery. Travel may be required depending on business needs. TBD
