Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Copilot & AI Automation Expert to identify, design, and implement practical AI solutions that solve real business problems across delivery, operations, finance, and support functions. The role focuses on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, ServiceNow, Jira, enterprise integrations, and automation. Key Responsibilities - Identify and prioritise AI use cases with measurable business value. - Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and agentic workflows. - Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, SAP, and enterprise APIs. - Automate incident management, project reporting, agile delivery, governance, and operational processes. - Implement AI-driven knowledge management, search, and productivity solutions. - Ensure Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance standards are met. Required Skills Experience - Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio - Azure OpenAI and Prompt Engineering - Agentic AI Architecture and RAG Solutions - ServiceNow and Jira Integration - REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate - Python, JavaScript/TypeScript - SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform - Agile Delivery and Enterprise Transformation Experience Required - 5+ years in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Integration. - Proven experience implementing AI agents in enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience integrating Copilot solutions with ServiceNow and Jira. - Demonstrated delivery of productivity and automation benefits.
