**Key Skills:** Data Analysis, PowerBI, Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, SQL **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering across finance and operational functional areas, translating strategic objectives into functional requirements and acceptance criteria. - Perform current-state and future-state process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities, and support workflow redesign aligned to enterprise standards. - Analyze complex financial and operational datasets to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities; define business rules and analytical frameworks for forecasting and performance measurement. - Collaborate with engineers and AI solution teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, including AI-enabled use cases and decision-support logic. - Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams by facilitating workshops, communicating progress/risks/dependencies, and supporting governance through milestones and quality benchmarks. **Skills Required:** - 11 - 13 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large-scale organizations. - Data analysis and quantitative problem solving using large datasets to derive actionable insights. - Business analysis including requirements documentation, process mapping, and workflow design. - Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and analytical visualization to support performance measurement. - Stakeholder management to drive alignment, consensus, and clear communication across cross-functional teams. Good to Have: - SQL for querying and validating data used in reporting and analytical models. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
