Mail your resume to:sayani.sur@hcltech.com Exp: CTC: ECTC: Notice Period **Job Title: GitHub Copilot Developer / AI Productivity Engineer** **Job Summary:** Skilled developer with hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to convert Power apps prototype to Enterprise grade production ready code. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with modern software development practices, and a passion for leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate directly with insurance SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them rapidly into working software - Take business prototypes developed in Power Apps /power platform and rapidly convert them into Enterprise grade production software. - Integrate GitHub Copilot and other AI development tools into Development cycle to accelerate code development and improve developer productivity. - Review AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and compliance with coding standards. - Contribute to technical design discussions and help shape how the team approaches AI-accelerated development **Required Skills:** - GitHub Copilot, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, GitHub, Software Development, Code Review, Azure/AWS, CI/CD - Hands-on experience with **GitHub Copilot** or similar AI coding assistants. - Strong programming skills in React, Vite, .Net and SQL - Experience with Git, GitHub, or similar version control systems. - Experience with using Azure DevOps, Azure key vault, Azure ID, - Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Background or exposure to insurance, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry - Familiarity with low code to pro-code migration patterns - Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI concepts. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of software development experience. Minimum 2 years experience with GitHub code development - Experience implementing AI-assisted development tools in enterprise environments is preferred.
