Job Description: The AI Engagement & Enablement Analyst — OpenAI Platform manages OpenAI partner-engagement cadences, use-case business cases, and Salesforce hyperscaler deal tagging for OpenAI-influenced opportunities within the India AI Center of Excellence. The analyst runs internal OpenAI Foundational Knowledge training and maintains EXL’s OpenAI use-case portfolio and ROI tracker, connecting partner, sales, and delivery motions. **Responsibilities: Responsibilities** - Manage OpenAI partner-engagement cadences, ensuring commitments, reporting, and enablement activities stay on track. - Develop and maintain use-case business cases for OpenAI-based opportunities. - Own Salesforce hyperscaler deal tagging for OpenAI-influenced opportunities and maintain pipeline hygiene. - Run internal OpenAI Foundational Knowledge training across the India CoE. - Maintain EXL’s OpenAI use-case portfolio and ROI tracker, capturing outcomes and value realized. - Coordinate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to align engagement and enablement activities. - Feed insights from tracked use cases back into the CoE’s offerings and reusable assets. **Must-Have Skills** - 5–7 years of experience in engagement management, enablement, business analysis, or AI/technology consulting. **Engagement & Enablement** - Experience managing partner-engagement cadences, enablement programs, or training delivery. - Experience building use-case business cases and tracking ROI/value. - Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for deal tagging, pipeline, and reporting. **GenAI & Communication** - Working understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI use-case patterns (OpenAI platform familiarity valued). - Excellent communication and coordination skills across partner, sales, and delivery teams. - Strong organizational skills with attention to tracking, governance, and reporting. **Good-to-Have / Preferred** - Familiarity with OpenAI partner programs and Foundational Knowledge training. - Domain exposure to BFSI or healthcare. - Experience maintaining use-case portfolios and reference/ROI trackers. - Business analysis, Agile, or program-management certification. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
