Position AI Engineer Agentic Automation Experience 1+ Years Location Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with experience in Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered autonomous solutions. The ideal candidate will work on building agentic workflows, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and automating business processes using platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and/or Amazon Bedrock. As Agentic AI is an emerging field, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, or related technologies, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI ecosystems. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions for business process automation. - Build and orchestrate AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, or similar platforms. - Develop autonomous workflows that leverage LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise applications. - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, cloud services, and business applications. - Design prompt engineering strategies and optimize agent performance. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources. - Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agent accuracy, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and responsible AI practices. - Stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and automation technologies. Required Skills - 1+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Generative AI, Automation, or Software Development. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and/or Amazon Bedrock. - Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI concepts. - Experience in developing AI-powered workflows and automation solutions. - Proficiency in Python programming. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations. - Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Understanding of vector databases and semantic search concepts. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks. - Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock Agents, and Knowledge Bases. - Experience with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices. - Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate. - Experience deploying AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
