Position Description Job Description 1: AI Engineer (5 Years Experience) Position AI Engineer **Experience** 5 Years Location Hybrid / Remote (As per business requirement) **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI driven solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), data engineering, and cloud based AI services. The role requires collaboration with cross functional teams to build scalable AI applications and integrate intelligent capabilities into enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. * Build and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. * Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). * Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. * Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices. * Develop data pipelines for model training, inference, and monitoring. * Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI model performance. * Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business teams to understand business requirements. * Monitor AI models in production and improve model accuracy and performance. * Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and responsible AI standards. * Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials. **Required Skills** Programming * Python (Mandatory) * SQL * REST APIs AI \& Machine Learning * Machine Learning algorithms * Deep Learning * NLP * Computer Vision (Preferred) Generative AI * OpenAI / Azure OpenAI * Llama, Mistral or other LLMs * Prompt Engineering * RAG Architecture * Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS) Frameworks * LangChain * LlamaIndex * Hugging Face * TensorFlow / PyTorch * Scikit learn Cloud * Azure AI Services (Preferred) * AWS SageMaker * Google Vertex AI DevOps \& MLOps * Git * Docker * Kubernetes * CI/CD * MLflow (Preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in deploying enterprise AI solutions. * Experience with chatbot or AI assistant development. * Knowledge of responsible AI and model governance. * Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent certification is an advantage.
