With a team of over 40,000 employees, the company emphasizes robust corporate governance, transparency, and trust in all business interactions, creating a stable and growth-oriented environment for professionals. **Role Description** The AI-First Cybersecurity Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to protect OfBusiness’s systems, data, and infrastructure. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves developing threat detection models, automating incident response workflows, and continuously improving security analytics to address evolving risks. The role includes monitoring security events, investigating anomalies, collaborating with engineering and product teams to embed security into platforms, and conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. The engineer will document security architectures and processes, contribute to security awareness initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant standards. **Qualifications** - Ability to design and deploy AI-driven security solutions, including experience with machine learning models for threat detection and anomaly identification. - Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, covering network security, application security, endpoint protection, and identity and access management. - Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM platforms, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint security solutions. - Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or Bash) for building security automation and integrating AI models. - Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and secure CI/CD practices. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, and familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to financial services. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills, with the ability to communicate security findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or specialized AI/cybersecurity credentials are an advantage. <
