Job Description - -------------- **Roles \& Responsibilities:** Build and maintain the core AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities. These foundations enable the various portfolios to scale effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive Portfolio Enablement by ensuring adoption of AI, cloud, platform, and infrastructure capabilities across portfolios. * Build Software-Centric Engineering Capability by ensuring capability readiness and driving solution adoption across teams. * Ensure Delivery Excellence by maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent quality performance. * Improve Engineering Productivity through reuse, automation, and measurable productivity gains. * Establish Strategic Differentiation by building thought leadership and strengthening market relevance. Qualifications - ------------- * 18+ years of proven experience in building cloud, platform, infrastructure, or DevOps organizations. * Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and platform ecosystems. * Track record in capability and platform development with ability to drive standardization and reuse. * Strong technology leadership capabilities and delivering business outcomes.
