The role focuses on building multi-agent workflows, advanced RAG pipelines, and ensuring governance, security, and scalability across cloud environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain - Develop and optimize RAG pipelines with vector search and semantic retrieval - Build MCP-based integrations connecting LLMs with enterprise systems - Deploy and scale AI solutions on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS) - Implement guardrails, prompt security, and AI governance frameworks - Optimize data flow, cost, and system performance - Set up observability frameworks for evaluation (Ragas, LangSmith) **Required Skills:-** - Strong experience in AI/ML system development (production level) - Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph - Experience in Agentic AI, MCP, and multi-agent systems - Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, etc.) - AWS expertise (EKS, S3, IAM, Bedrock, SageMaker) - Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow) **Good to Have:-** - Experience in AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks - Exposure to BFSI/Healthcare regulated environments - Experience scaling AI systems into production-grade microservices
