This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions across manufacturing and retail domains, primarily leveraging Azure cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AI/ML, Python, Azure, Snowflake, and R, along with deep domain understanding of retail or supply chain planning. - **Role**: **AI/ML Engineer/Architect** - **Location: Any PSL Location** - **Experience: 4-15 years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Architect, design, migrate, implement, test, and enable SaaS-based supply chain demand and supply planning solutions on Azure - Assess existing BY/JDA/i2 solutions and lead migration strategies to modern cloud-native platforms - Conduct business process analysis and collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Develop demos, PoCs, and reusable templates to accelerate solution delivery - Deliver client presentations and support project planning and execution activities - Create and execute test scripts, perform defect tracking, and ensure solution quality - Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support - Work across global time zones and collaborate with distributed teams - Apply AI/ML techniques, including time series forecasting, for demand planning and optimization **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Strong experience in AI/ML, Azure Cloud, Python, Snowflake, and R programming - Hands-on experience with SaaS product implementation and migration - Proven experience (8+ years) with supply chain planning tools like BY/JDA/i2 or similar - Experience working in manufacturing or retail domain (mandatory) - Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and forecasting models - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and SaaS architecture - Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Experience with supply chain products (to be further enhanced through training) - Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD concepts for SaaS deployments - Familiarity with planning tools like O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, or SAP - Advanced degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, or Supply Chain Management **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
