**Role & responsibilities** Experience: 5-12 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time **Preferred candidate profile** We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, building intelligent applications, and integrating AI solutions into business processes to drive innovation and automation. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions. Build and optimize predictive models using structured and unstructured data. Develop AI applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation. Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI assistants. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to identify AI use cases. Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance. Perform model tuning and optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency. Ensure AI models meet security, governance, and compliance standards. Required Skills Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts. Hands-on experience with: Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Strong understanding of: Supervised Learning Unsupervised Learning Classification Regression Clustering Experience with data manipulation libraries: Pandas NumPy Matplotlib Strong SQL skills for data analysis and model development. Experience with REST API integration and model deployment. Preferred Skills Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) OpenAI / Azure OpenAI LangChain LangGraph CrewAI RAG Frameworks Prompt Engineering Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS) MLOps / LLMOps MLflow Docker Kubernetes Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have Experience with Computer Vision, NLP, or Recommendation Systems. Experience building AI copilots and intelligent automation solutions. Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI Governance frameworks. Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
