**Job Description:-** We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with deep expertise in advanced Python programming and leading AI/ML frameworks. Experience with autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex is essential. **Key Responsibilities:-** - Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world applications. - Build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Implement and maintain ML workflows using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others. - Develop and integrate solutions using autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex for advanced AI applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to deliver robust AI-powered products. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed models and AI systems. - Document development processes, model architecture, and findings for internal knowledge sharing. - Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including emerging frameworks and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications:-** - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles. - Advanced proficiency in Python, including best practices for large-scale, production-grade code. - Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others. - Proven expertise in autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex frameworks. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling. - Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing systems. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. **Location: Preference is Pune (1st Pref) / Mumbai (2nd Pref) / Chennai (3rd Pref)**
