**About Position:** We are looking for 5 to 10 Year experience in AI Native Engineer with expertise in building AI-first applications using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. The role involves developing intelligent applications, AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems. - **Role: AI Native Engineer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 5 to 10 years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design and build AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents. Develop RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and prompt engineering frameworks. - Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows. - Implement AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices. - Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify and deliver AI use cases. Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and best practices. - Required Skills Strong programming skills in Java and Python Hands-on on TypeScript and Angular Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms. - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks. Strong knowledge of RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. - Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - Preferred Skills Multi-agent orchestration and Agentic AI. - MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. - AI Observability, LLMOps, and MLOps. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools. - Qualifications bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
