Key Responsibilities • Track and report key business and financial metrics • Support forecasting, planning, and performance analysis • Build and maintain dashboards and management reports • Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy • Drive reporting processes, governance, and operational reviews • Coordinate across teams to collect inputs and monitor progress • Enable leadership decision-making through insights and executive-ready reporting What We're Looking For • Any Masters degree • Strong finance, quantitative, or business analytics background • Excellent Excel and Power BI skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to drive structured processes and operational discipline • Attention to detail and confidence working with leadership stakeholders
