We are looking for a Product Manager (PM-I/ PM-II) to be part of the AI revolution inside Gameberry Labs. This is a rare opportunity to shape how AI transforms mobile gaming end-to-end, from the way we design levels, run live ops, and build art, to how we personalise experiences for millions of players. You will be one of the champions for AI at Gameberry, spotting opportunities, running experiments, and proving what works. Starting lean, you'll drive POCs (proof of concepts) with shared resources, and once validated, you'll help scale them into core capabilities. This role is not about chasing hype; it's about turning AI into tangible impact: smarter live ops, faster pipelines, richer gameplay, and happier players. If you've been waiting for a chance to apply AI in gaming at scale, this is it. **Responsibilities** - Contribute to building the AI roadmap across game design, live ops, art, and player personalisation. - Partner with engineering, art, data, and product teams to drive AI pilots (POCs). - Build and scale successful POCs into production-ready systems (e. g., art generation pipelines, player personalisation engines). - Lead AI initiatives across multiple domains (e. g. Art and production, Player segmentation and offer personalisation, Event and reward optimisation, Level playtesting and procedural generation, AI chatbots & in-game assistants, AI-driven QA and automation. - Track adoption, measure ROI, and ensure tools deliver clear business or efficiency impact. **Requirements** - 2-5 years of product management or related experience, with exposure to building or launching AI/ML-driven features, tools, or workflows. - Familiarity with AI/ML applications such as personalisation, recommendation systems, generative AI (text, image, or content), or predictive analytics. - Strong understanding and curiosity of evolving AI tools and applications. - Strong ability to structure POCs from defining problem statements to measuring success and scaling proven solutions. - Prior experience in gaming, consumer tech, or content-heavy products is a plus. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, ability to design experiments, evaluate impact, and prioritise. - Demonstrated success in cross-functional execution working with engineering, art, design, and product teams.
