AI Software Engineer - Lead & Architects

Job description

**Role Overview** We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to build our next-generation AI platform. One will build smart, autonomous systems that can think, plan, and execute complex workflows on top of scalable cloud infrastructure. **Required Technical Skills** Strong Python skills (FastAPI, Pydantic) plus experience in Java or Python or C++. Real-world experience building agentic systems beyond just basic wrappers or prototypes. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and container tools like Kubernetes. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector) and enterprise data platforms. **Experience** 6+ years of total software engineering experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications to production. Comfortable dealing with the unpredictable nature of AI and building systems that can self-correct. **Good To Have** Contributions to open-source AI frameworks. Experience optimizing AI model speed and costs (e.g. vLLM).
