**Experience:** 8–10 Years (Minimum 5 Years in AI/ML & GenAI) **Required Skills** - Strong Python development experience (FastAPI, Flask, Async Programming, REST APIs). - Hands-on experience in AI/ML lifecycle: - Data preprocessing - Model training - Fine-tuning - Model deployment - Experience with AI/ML frameworks: - TensorFlow - PyTorch - Scikit-learn - Strong GenAI expertise with: - LangChain - LlamaIndex - LangGraph - Neo4j - Amazon Bedrock - Hands-on experience building **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** pipelines. - Experience with vector databases, embeddings, knowledge management, and graph-based solutions. - Prompt engineering, optimization, and model fine-tuning experience. - Knowledge of Graph Databases (Neo4j) and Agentic AI architectures. - Ability to architect and develop scalable, reusable Python applications. - Strong Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation background. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. **Nice-to-Have Skills** - Experience with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks. - Product engineering experience. - AI-driven testing and automation exposure.
