**Role & responsibilities** - Monitor production applications and infrastructure hosted on AWS - Manage and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and outages - Experience with **Akamai CDN** configurations, IP ranges, caching, application properties and content delivery issues. - Handle aws deployments, releases, and environment validations - Work closely with DevOps, network, and application teams - Ensure adherence to SLAs, uptime, and performance targets - Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and process.
