Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Quality Responsibilities - Experience in Installing and configuring Atlassian tools like Jenkins, Confluence in cloud and on premises work experience on Git - Branching Strategy, permissions to users etc - Experience with Customization of for tools like JIRA, Confluence - Experience creating custom workflows, fields, Conditions, validators, Post-transitions and other project components in Jira - Experience with managing plugins for Jira and Confluence - Experience with Updates/Upgrades for Jira and Confluence - Experience with Perform basic PowerShell, shell script and python scripting to resolve the requests - Maintaining the complete Jira instance in an efficient way so that it can be able to integrate with other tools in Atlassian - Perform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs - Experience in Managing Users/Managing Permissions/Artifactory Key Encryption/Security with LDAP/Security with Active Directory/Managing Certificates - User Management Access Req Preferred Skills: - Technology->Functional Testing->ALM->ALM - Technology->Infrastructure Security->IT Service Management
