Job description

**Role Summary:** This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and influencing key decisions through analysis. The person will work on business performance tracking, pricing and commission analytics, profitability trends, revenue optimisation, and growth opportunity identification. **Key responsibilities:** - Analysing business performance across products, channels, and customer segments. - Evaluating pricing structures, commission payouts, profitability trends, and revenue opportunities. - Building dashboards, MIS, and leadership-ready insights for decision-making. - Partnering with Business, Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to drive strategic initiatives. - Identifying process gaps and recommending data-backed business improvements. - Leading projects from problem identification to execution and impact tracking. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capability, and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Advanced Excel skills are required; exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools will be preferred. **Location: Bangalore** **Experience: 2–5 years preferred** Interested candidates may share their updated profile for consideration.
