**Assistant Manager – Design | Job Description** **About the Role** We are looking for an **Assistant Manager – Design** to drive creative development across packaging, social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce. The role will focus on creating premium, clean, and impactful designs while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop creative concepts and assets for **packaging, social media, digital campaigns, and e-commerce** . - Create packaging artworks, layouts, dielines, and print-ready files for new launches. - Design high-quality creatives for **Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, Nykaa, and website** . - Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns and A/B testing. - Ensure consistency in the brand’s **visual identity, typography, composition, and design language** . - Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Product, R&D, Growth, and Marketplace teams. - Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. - Stay updated with emerging **design trends, creative formats, and AI tools** . **Skills** - Strong knowledge of **Graphic Design & Visual Communication** - **Packaging Design** - **Branding & Visual Identity** - Proficiency in **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma** - Experience in **E-commerce & Performance Marketing Design** **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. - **5–7 years of relevant experience** , preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C. - Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital, campaign, and e-commerce design. **Location:** Andheri, Mumbai
