**Job Title :AM / DM - Out of Hospital Sales (OOH) Max@Home (Max Healthcare)** **JOB PURPOSE** The role holder will be responsible for leading alliances across all non-network opportunity channels including Clinicians, Hospitals / Nursing Homes, Healthcare Facilitators amongst others for all Max@Home services. The individual needs to have strong sales & inter-personal skills along with demonstrated outcomes in revenue achievement **Role & responsibilities** - Overall Sales of Out of hospital (other than Max healthcare hospitals) for MHCs home care business. - Hunting and farming of Key accounts/clinicians/channels/Institutes for generating business. - Effective participation in overall business set-up as a key member of the team - Provide analytics and ground understanding of market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring 100% quality service delivery within the timeline - Create a strong influencer base for the business, with high active accounts and retention percentages. - Provide insights & oversights to OOH lead through market intelligence, monitoring & analyzing market trends, developing metrics and periodically monitoring the performance. - ROI led ownership of sales and marketing activities required to drive and expand organizations revenues. - Ownership of targets for all defined service lines, including but not limited to: Nursing /Assistance / Pathology / Physiotherapy / Equipment / Other new service **Preferred candidate profile** **Experience** : More than 5 years experience in Doctor referral or hospital/specialty sales (Critical Care, Neuro, Pulmo, Onco etc **Qualifications** : Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Interested candidates may send their profiles arpana.singh@maxhealthcare.com
