**I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Core Responsibilities** - To plan, manage, and execute end-to-end clinical recruitment for doctors, support, nursing, Front Ofiice and Paramedics healthcare roles. - To develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for clinical talent including consultants, residents, and nursing staff. - To partner with medical administration and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. - To ensure adherence to approved SRFs, budgets, and recruitment TATs. - To oversee screening, interviews, credential verification, and selection processes for clinical staff. - To coordinate credentialing, medical council verification, background checks, and statutory documentation. - To lead and mentor recruitment executives and manage team performance. - To build and manage relationships with medical colleges, nursing institutes, consultants, and recruitment agencies. - To support campus hiring, fellowship programs, lateral hiring, and walk-in drives. - To ensure compliance with NABH, HR policies, statutory norms, and internal audit requirements. - To maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and regular reporting to management. - To support onboarding, joining formalities, and induction of clinical hires. - To participate in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline initiatives. - To handle escalations related to hiring delays, offer negotiations, and joining issues. - To maintain confidentiality of clinical and candidate information. **IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** **Measurable Deliverables** Timely closure of clinical vacancies as per approved manpower plans. Quality of clinical hires based on performance and retention metrics. Compliance with credentialing, statutory, and audit requirements. Reduction in vacancy and attrition rates for clinical roles. **V. JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Minimum Qualifications** Post Graduate in Human Resources Management / Hospital Administration **Experience** 5 to 10 years preferably experience in hospital or healthcare clinical recruitment. **Behavioural Skills** Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability. Ability to work under pressure and manage critical hiring timelines. **Technical Skills** In-depth knowledge of clinical recruitment processes and credentialing. Understanding of NABH, medical council norms, and healthcare HR policies. Advanced sourcing and recruitment analytics skills. Strong MIS, reporting, and process management skills. **Language Skills** English and Hindi **VI.
