AM/MGR - Mechanical Engineering (BTG)

Job description

- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and modifications for Boiler, Turbine & Generator (BTG) systems. - Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and EPC contractors for engineering deliverables and technical approvals. - Support engineering, planning, and procurement activities for BTG packages. - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, EPC contract requirements, and project quality objectives. - Develop and monitor engineering schedules for BTG equipment manufacturing, erection, and commissioning. - Coordinate inspections and quality assurance activities, including vendor and third-party inspections. - Provide technical support during erection, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of BTG equipment. - Ensure compliance with IBR requirements, safety regulations, and project specifications. - B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. - Experience in thermal power projects with plant capacity above **350 MW**. - Strong understanding of BTG equipment, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. - Additional preference if candidate having Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling tools, and MS Project.
