**PDC (Pressure Die Casting) - AM / DM / Sr. Engineer** **Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. Mechanical **Experience:** - Sr. Engineer: 5-8 Years - Assistant Manager: 8-12 Years - Deputy Manager: 12+ Years **Key Responsibilities** - Achieve production targets and improve OEE. - Control and optimize PDC process parameters. - Analyze and reduce casting defects, rejection, and rework. - Manage die performance, maintenance, and tooling improvements. - Coordinate machine maintenance to minimize downtime. - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards. - Lead manpower planning, training, and shift management. - Drive TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives. **Technical Skills** - Aluminium Pressure Die Casting (HPDC/LPDC) - Process troubleshooting and defect analysis - Die maintenance and tool management - OEE, TPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen - SAP/ERP and MS Excel **Key KPIs** - Production Achievement - OEE & Productivity - Rejection Reduction - Machine Utilization - Die Life Improvement - Safety Compliance - Cost Reduction **Preferred Industry:** Automotive, Auto Components, Aluminium Die Casting, EV Components, and Precision Castings.
