Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement **voice workflows using Amazon Connect** - Develop **custom contact flows and IVR solutions** - Integrate Amazon Connect with: - **AWS Lambda for backend logic** - **Amazon Lex for conversational AI** - **Amazon Polly for text-to-speech** - Build and maintain **serverless architectures on AWS** - Implement **real-time analytics and reporting dashboards** - Manage integrations with **telephony systems (SIP, VoIP, CTI)** - Configure **call routing, queue management, and contact center logic** - Ensure **security, scalability, and cost optimization** of AWS solutions - Support migration from **legacy contact center platforms to cloud-based solutions** - Mentor team members and provide technical leadership **MustHave Skills** **Amazon Connect & Voice Technologies** - Strong hands-on experience with: - **Amazon Connect** - IVR / contact flows design - Experience integrating with: - **Lex (NLP / chatbot)** - **Polly (text-to-speech)** **AWS Cloud** - Deep understanding of: - **Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch** - Experience with: - **Serverless architecture and microservices** **Telephony & Contact Center** - Strong knowledge of: - **SIP / VoIP / IVR systems** - **CTI integrations** - Experience with: - Call routing and queue management **GoodtoHave Skills** - Experience with: - **Real-time monitoring and analytics tools** - Exposure to: - Migration of legacy contact center platforms to cloud - Knowledge of: - Cost optimization strategies in AWS
