We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Amazon Infra SME** **Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years** **Location: Hyderabad** **Interview Date: 20th June 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue: Tata Consultancy Services- *Deccan Park* , Hitech City Main Rd, *Hyderabad* . Telangana 500081** **Must Have:** - Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web services (AWS) - Manage core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Cloud watch) - Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform. - Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployments and runtime stability - Design and manage contact solution using Amazon connect. - Integrate connect with Lambda, Lex bots and external system (CRM, API) - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) - Familiarity with Amazon lex, Lambda integration. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, and SQS - Hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code. - **Good to Have:-** - Strong hands-on experience with **AWS Lambda** and **serverless architectures** - Proven experience working with **Amazon Connect** , including contact flows, Lambda integrations, and APIs - Solid understanding of **high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliency patterns** in cloud-native systems - Experience with **AWS core services** : API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS/SQS - Hands-on exposure to **CI/CD pipelines** and version control (Git-based workflows. - Strong troubleshooting skills in **production and customer-facing environments** - **Essential:** - Leverage hands on experience in complex application. - Should be flexible and available for support on a roster rotation basis. - Hands-on in office related applications. - Leverage good communication skills to coordinate efforts for implementation with application stakeholders. - Good presentation skill. **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education. - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
