Interview Mode : Weekend walkin drive (20-June-26 ) Interview Location : Hyderabad ( Face to Face ) Role : Amazon Infra SME Experience : 5 to 10 years Keywords : **Node.js, AWS Lambda, Amazon Connect, Serverless, Contact Flows, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, High Availability, Disaster Recovery** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** - Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web services (AWS) - Manage core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Cloud watch) - Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform. - Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployments and runtime stability - Design and manage contact solution using Amazon connect. - Integrate connect with Lambda, Lex bots and external system (CRM, API) - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar) - Familiarity with Amazon lex, Lambda integration. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, and SQS - Hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code. **Good-to-Have** - Strong hands-on experience with **AWS Lambda** and **serverless architectures** - Proven experience working with **Amazon Connect** , including contact flows, Lambda integrations, and APIs - Solid understanding of **high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliency patterns** in cloud-native systems - Experience with **AWS core services** : API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS/SQS - Hands-on exposure to **CI/CD pipelines** and version control (Git-based workflows. - Strong troubleshooting skills in **production and customer-facing environments** **SN** **Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role** **1** Leverage hands on experience in complex application. **2** Should be flexible and available for support on a roster rotation basis. **3** Hands-on in office related applications. **4** Leverage good communication skills to coordinate efforts for implementation with application stakeholders.
