**Greetings from TCS!!** TCS is hiring for AWS Workspace role. **Exp:** 8 to 12 years **Location:** Pan India **Job Description:** - Assessment, Design and Define AWS Workspaces Environment considering factors such as scalability, performance, security - Provision, Configure and deploy AWS workspace for new and existing users based on defined standards and blueprints. - Monitor the health, performance and availability of AWS workspace and related infrastructure using monitoring tools and dashboards. - Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to workspaces in a timely and efficient manner, escalating to the architect or relevant times. - Maintain and update documentation for workspaces configuration, processes and troubleshooting guides. - Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patching and backup as directed. - Collaborate with network, security and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of workspaces and other systems. - Develop and maintain HLD, LLD and project documentation, standards and best practices for AWS workspace deployments. - Lead the Planning and Implementation of complex Workspace deployments, migration and upgrades. - Deep understanding of AWS Services Including EC2, IAM, Directory Service, VPC, Security groups, KMS, CloudWatch and CloudFormation. - Proven Ability to design and Implement highly Scalable and resilient workspaces environment. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools for AWS environments. - Excellent understanding of Network architecture and protocols (PCoIP & DCV) relevant to VDI. - Excellent communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) - Familiarity with automation scripting language (e.g. PowerShell) - Knowledge of other VDI technologies Azure Virtual Desktop, W365 & DevBox will be big Plus - AWS Certified Solutions Architect
