Analyst Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 2 years of experience in insights analysis, including hands-on exposure to master data management and supply chain data processes Key Responsibilities: • Assess current master data practices to identify operational risks during transformation initiatives and propose robust structural solutions • Analyze master data structures to uncover gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and process improvement • Implement strategies to simplify, standardize, and strengthen data processes, ensuring long-term operational resilience • Collaborate with supply chain teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate operational requirements into scalable, practical data and process designs • Validate solution designs to ensure protection of legacy ERP systems, downstream operational flows, reporting, and system integrations • Support and execute data quality initiatives, including cleansing strategies and mapping frameworks across legacy systems • Drive continuous improvements in master data quality and support the adoption of data governance frameworks • Work closely with deployment partners to ensure operational feasibility and sustainable implementation of data solutions Required Skills: • Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development • SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis • Python for data processing and automation tasks • Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting • Power BI for business intelligence and reporting solutions • Experience with SAP or S/4HANA ERP systems • Data quality assessment and cleansing techniques • Data governance frameworks and data standards Preferred Skills: • Experience in supply chain management modules such as SD, MM, LE, PP, or SCM • SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) data models • Alteryx or similar data analytics tools • Experience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and capacity models for master data teams • Master Data Management process improvement methodologies Desired Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related discipline • Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or relevant technology (such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP) • Certification in Master Data Management or Supply Chain Analytics is an advantage We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
