**Analyst Customer Due Diligence, Verification & Monitoring Operations** **Location:** Thane, India **Position Summary** We are seeking an **Analyst – Customer Due Diligence, Verification & Monitoring Operations** to support day-to-day execution of international KYC, KYB, bank account verification, and basic transaction monitoring activities. The role is execution-focused and requires the analyst to follow approved SOPs, complete checks accurately, maintain productivity, and escalate exceptions as per defined procedures. Key Responsibilities Customer Due Diligence & Verification Execution - Execute KYC, KYB, and bank account verification checks as per approved SOPs and process guidelines. - Review customer and business documents for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with defined requirements. - Capture required information correctly in internal systems, trackers, or case management tools. - Identify missing information, documentation gaps, or process exceptions and escalate them as per procedure. Basic Transaction Monitoring - Perform basic transaction monitoring reviews based on predefined rules, alerts, checklists, and SOPs. - Document review outcomes clearly and ensure all required fields are completed accurately. - Escalate unusual activity, exceptions, or unresolved cases to the team lead or manager in a timely manner. Operational Discipline & Quality - Consistently meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations. - Adapt quickly to SOP updates, process changes, and new execution requirements. - Maintain accurate records, evidence, and audit trails for completed reviews. - Support a high-volume operating environment with attention to detail and minimal rework. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 1–3 years of relevant experience in KYC, KYB, customer due diligence, bank account verification, transaction monitoring, financial operations, or back-office risk operations. - Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and process instructions accurately and consistently. - Good attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to work in a high-volume environment. - Good written and verbal English communication skills to document outcomes clearly and raise process exceptions appropriately. Preferred Qualifications - Prior exposure to Payments, Banking, FinTech, Financial Services, or operational risk processes. - Experience working with SOP-driven processes, case queues, trackers, or workflow tools. - Comfortable working on repetitive, volume-driven tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency. - Willingness to learn international onboarding, verification, and monitoring requirements.
